Terms of service

These terms govern your use of cellumove.space and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them. Cellumove is a trading name of PAMHUN LLC.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract once we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or delivery details. If we decline after you have paid, you are refunded in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include any applicable sales tax where we are required to charge it. Import duties are not included (see our Shipping Policy). Prices can change at any time, but changes never affect an order we have already accepted. Where a "compare at" price is shown, it is the previous or recommended retail price for that item.

Products, sizing and colour

Our size guides are measured flat and converted to full body circumference. Garment measurements can vary by roughly 1–2 cm between production runs. Screen calibration also means colours may appear slightly different from the item you receive. If the size or shade is not right, the free size exchange in our Refund Policy covers you.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity that happens under it. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to harass anyone, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or copy our content for a competing service, or to interfere with the site's security.

Our content

All text, photography, graphics and page design on cellumove.space belong to PAMHUN LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that state. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
